4. Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed securely. Refunds for digital downloads are available within 14 days of purchase if the file is unopened. For physical 3D prints, refunds are available for damaged or incorrectly produced items.
5. Intellectual Property
The 3D models created from your images are your property. However, 3D Print a Picture retains the right to use these models for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
3D Print a Picture is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our service. We strive to provide high-quality prints but cannot guarantee exact color matching or detail reproduction in all cases.
